To change your password please do the following:
- Desktop view:
- In the right corner of the page click on your name.
- On the list that will unfold scroll down until you find “Settings” – click on it.
- Fill out the form by entering your previous password, new password and the code from Google Authenticator app.
- Click “Save” – your password is changed now!
In case you forgot your password:
- Click on “Log in” button in the upper right corner of the page.
- Then choose the “Forgot password” option.
- Enter your email address registered on the CoinDeal exchange.
- Check your inbox (also the SPAM folder) and click on the link we sent to you.
- Remember, your password should be at least 8 characters long, contain uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters (* @!).
- Enter and confirm the new password. Done!
Mobile view:
- In the right corner of the screen, you will find a button with three lines – click on it.
- On the list that appeared click on “Find out more”.
- Next click on “Settings”.
- Fill out the form by entering your previous password, new password and the code from Google Authenticator app.
- Click “Save” – your password is changed now!
