CoinDeal at the Ministry of Finance finalizes the license!

CoinDeal is visiting Malta

On 25 November this year, a managerial delegation from CoinDeal went to Malta to meet with the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).
This is the next stage that leads the exchange to receive the Maltese VFA. The meeting was attended by the Founders of the Exchange, Risk Manager, GDPR Officer and Head of Compliance.

The company in Malta operates under the so-called transitional license, which allows it to operate pending the approval of the MFSA. The exchange must meet the requirements of a Class 4 VFA (Virtual Financial Asset). License holders are entitled to provide any VFA service and may hold or control client assets or money in connection with the provision of the service.
