Document needs to be issued only under the owner of CoinDeal account name. The document will be not accepted if it will be under your relatives' name.
You should use official correspondence from bank, government or tax office. It is also possible to upload utility bills for mobile phone subscription, internet or TV as well as insurance documents. The easiest way we suggest is to use a bank statement or bank transfer confirmation. Please note that we can only accept a confirmation of bank transfer where you are visible as a sender, not receiver.
Document must be fully visible (not cut, cropped, folded or blurred).
Document needs to have an issue date and it cannot be older than three months.
We do not accept screenshots.
We do not accept documents filled manually.
If you receive a rejection letter but the reason of unacceptable is unclear to you or you are sure that you have sent us a proper document, please contact our Support Team and we will double check your documents as well as provide you with a more specific reason for rejection.
