What do I do if my phone is lost or damaged and I had Two-factor authentication on it?

You have the same phone number as you did while registering:

  1. While logging in to your account, below the 2FA field, select Recover lost GA.
  2. Enter the code sent via SMS.
  3. Scan new QR code.

The rest of the process will be the same as after the first configuration of 2FA app.

Contact our Support Team. Due to security reasons, prepare a selfie where you are holding your ID card and a piece of paper with today’s date written on it. Contact us via Live Chat and provide us with the code we will send to your new phone number. Once we update your phone number, follow the steps listed above.
