What do I do if my phone is lost or damaged and I had Two-factor authentication on it?

You have the same phone number as you did while registering:

  1. While logging in to your account, below the 2FA field, select Recover lost GA.
  2. Enter the code sent via SMS.
  3. Scan new QR code.

The rest of the process will be the same as after the first configuration of 2FA app.

You have different phone number:

Choose an option Lost phone. Then you will be asked to contact our Support Team. Once we update your phone number, follow the steps listed above.
