How do I close my account?

We are very sorry to hear you are considering deleting your account from our platform. We would like to inform you that to trade, make crypto withdrawals and deposits you do not need to verify your utility bill.

If you are experiencing any technical issues with your account, please contact our Support Team and we will provide you with a solution. Creating a second account will not solve the problem as users are not allowed to have multiple accounts. Remember, once you delete your account, you will not be able to register with the same e-mail address and phone number in the future.

To close your account, go to the Support Contact Page, fill out all the fields, attach a picture of yourself holding your ID and a piece of paper with today's date written on it and click 'Send' button. CoinDeal Support Team will inform you once your account will be closed. Before you will submit a request to delete your account, remember to withdraw all your funds before deleting your account.

Closing account is not possible if there are any funds available on your wallet and/or if your transactions were not executed yet. Deleting the account may take up to 30 days.
