Galaxy Score

What is Galaxy Score?
Galaxy Score is a metric used on https://coindeal.com, provided by a platform called LunarCrush and designed to help you to understand crypto-currencies’ movements. It uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze data from dozens of sources to uncover valuable insights that you can use to make data-driven cryptocurrency trading decisions.

On our exchange market view, we use the Galaxy Score as a widget. Below you can see an example from BTC to USD pair.

 

  • Price Score – gives an indication of positive or negative price momentum for given crypto.
  • Social Impact Score – measures total social activity over the past 24 hours.
  • Average Sentiment – is a score of the overall sentiment of collected posts.
  • Correlation Rank – is an algorithm that defines the correlation between LunarCrush social data and coin prices.

The scale used goes from 1 to 5 and represents bullishness (positive) versus bearishness (negative) of a given coin.

As an innovative exchange platform we want to move forward with the current trends, hence we decided to add Galaxy Score.
However, please keep in mind that it is there just to give you an additional hint and it should not be used as a base for investment decisions. Those require deeper knowledge and research on exchange markets and cryptocurrency trading.
