Welcome Ethereum Classic (ETC)

We are pleased to announce that we have added a new currency to our platform - Ethereum Classic (ETC).

The Ethereum Classic network is based on the Proof of Work algorithm with Ethash hashing function. The cost of transactions in this network is calculated using Gas units, the number of which depends on the calculation power needed to perform the operation.

It is said that Ethereum Classic was created as a result of the hard-fork of the Ethereum network. This is not true and it should be noted. ETC has been operating since 2015, i.e. before the hard-fork in 2016.

Ethereum Classic is considered a reliable and trustworthy cryptocurrency. Among them are the supporters of the principle of "code is a law". ETC, like ETH, has the ability to create smart contracts, emit tokens or build decentralized applications (dApps).
