Terms and Conditions for Promotional Activities

I ORGANISER AND GENERAL RULES

  1. The organisator of the promotion is the cryptocurrency exchange platform CoinDeal, the rules of promotion are set out in the following regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations), in accordance with generally applicable legal principles.

II OBJECTIVE

  1. The purpose of the promotion is to reduce commissions to the exchange (hereinafter referred to as Fee) on the BCH/BTC market.

III SCHEDULE AND RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

  1. The promotion lasts from 3rd to 9th of July 2018.
  2. The promotion is intended for:
    • registered users of the CoinDeal.com portal;
    • Adults.
  2. The promotion is divided into the following stages according to the daily volume value:
    • Stage 40%: daily volume of less than 100 BTCs
      • the fee shall be reduced by 40%
    • Stage 55%: daily volume higher than 100 BTC
      • the fee shall be reduced by 55%
    • Stage 70%: daily volume of more than 150 BTCs
      • the fee shall be reduced by 70%
  3. The daily volume will be checked daily at 12:00 CEST time
  4. Fee will be changed after checking the daily volume, i.e. after 12 noon, until the next check of the daily volume

IV TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

  1. The promotion will end on 9th of July at 11:59 (CEST).

V FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to change the provisions of the Terms and Conditions after informing the Participants in advance by posting a relevant information on the website where the Promotion Regulations were published.
