If it is a change regarding ID details, provide us with the following:

- previous issue/expiry date
- new number
- new issue/expiry date
- picture of yourself holding your ID
If it is a change regarding your address, provide us with a new proof of residence and the information in the following format:

Please keep in mind that to change the address you will be required to provide us with both utility bill and a document from the bank that will have your new address written on it.

Remember, you can change your name only in accordance with your legal name written on your ID card/passport.
