SEC (US Securities and Exchange commission) charged creators of a Crypto Scheme with the same name as our exchange. You can read more about it here. Scammers built a fraudulent investment scheme (not an exchange!) using our brand. We are happy, that regulators work as they should and that scheme has been stopped, as crypto market needs transparency and trust. We are exploring possibilities to sue the companies involved for intellectual rights theft and loss for our brand. How long do withdrawals and deposits take?

Withdrawal and deposit times are dependent on the network of currency that you are trying to withdraw.

Cryptocurrencies

Withdrawal and deposit times are dependent on cryptocurrency network which you are trying to withdraw. Standard time of withdrawal/deposit is no longer than 1 hour.

Please note that due to security reasons user’s funds are stored on Cold Wallets which are not connected to the Internet. In exceptional situations, your withdrawal/deposit could take up to 24 hours.

FIAT deposits and withdrawals

Wire transferred deposits usually take up to 3 working days.

Please note that this applies only to wire transfers that have been sent out correctly. In accordance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, the data of the bank account’s owner must always match the data of CoinDeal account holder in order for the FIAT deposit transaction to be successful. If the personal details do not match, the funds will be sent back to the bank account owner within 30 days (calculated from the date of reception of the funds by CoinDeal). At the same time, operational costs will be charged and subtracted from the unsuccessful deposit amount and they will be respectively 50 EUR for the amounts below 20k EUR and 350 EUR for the amounts above 20k EUR.

Skrill and E-Pay deposits and withdrawals

Deposits made via Skrill or E-Pay might take up to 2 days.

Please note that the data of the Skrill account’s owner must always match the data of CoinDeal account holder in order for the FIAT deposit transaction to be successful. If the personal details do not match, the funds can be processed up to 180 days to define the source of funds and can be sent back to the Skrill account owner.
