CoinDeal is a strong brand. So strong, that unfortunately some scammers have used our name to build some fraudulent scheme. SEC (US Securities and Exchange commission) charged creators of a Crypto Scheme with the same name as our exchange. You can read more about it here. Scammers built a fraudulent investment scheme (not an exchange!) using our brand. We are happy, that regulators work as they should and that scheme has been stopped, as crypto market needs transparency and trust. We are exploring possibilities to sue the companies involved for intellectual rights theft and loss for our brand. Our exchange works without issues, please do not hesitate to contact our support or withdraw your funds if you feel this situation makes you, our customer, feel unsafe. We always encourage crypto community members to keep funds on private wallets, and would like to use this situation to once again reassure our customers about full 1 to 1 coverage of crypto on our exchange.

Documents requested for verification of corporate account

To get your company account verified you will be requested to send us the following:

  • Company Shareholder Statement
  • Document enlisting all individuals/units that are entitled to the right to represent the company (if not mentioned in Company Shareholder Statement)
  • Proofs of addresses for all individuals eligible to represent the company. More on acceptable utility bills and documents from the bank can be found here: Acceptable Documents for Level 2 Verification
  • Proofs of the company residential address, as in utility bill and document from the bank
  • Personal identification documents and selfies with passports/IDs for all persons eligible to represent the company

Keep in mind that all mentioned above documents should not be older than 3 months and should have a date of issue on it. We would also appreciate you sending us documents in English. If the original of your documents is in one of the following languages: Polish, Korean, Chinese, Russian, Ukrainian and German, it also can be accepted. Sending us documents in any other language though can prolong and complicate the process.
